Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Based upon availability, your order will be shipped within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). If you have not received a confirmation email stating your order has shipped after 5-7 business days, please send an email to barbara@winosdingbatsriffraff.com to inquire when your product will ship.​

We don't currently offer international shipping.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you order an incorrect size, you may exchange your item for the correct size, less shipping charges*. (Customized apparel is non-returnable except in the case of workmanship defect.)

You may return your purchase within 30 days of your original order. Items being returned must be in their original condition and unworn.

 

Original shipping charges will not be refunded, and return shipping charges may apply. (Except in the case of defect or error on our part.)

We only accept returns from purchases made on winosdingbatsriffraff.com.

After processing, please allow 5-7 business days for your order to arrive.
